Munich, 7 October 2016. At the international aerospace supply fair AIRTEC and the international trade fair for the modern product development Euromold, which for the first time this year are organized at the same time at the same venue Munich, next to each other, there is a clear decisive reason for participating companies: The formation of business and technology co-operations of each of the industries and companies and the combined networking opportunities, which have a high priority in the modern production world.

Exhibitors appreciate the great opportunities for the qualified exchange within their own industries as well as connecting with suppliers and representatives from other industry fields at the two international exhibitions. The results of these collaborations are the significant economic advantages, the enlargement of their own market growth and in this respect the opportunity to develop new business relationships as well as an intensive exchange of information.

Jens Rohde, Senior Consultant at MHP – A Porsche Company, puts a specific value on the necessity of collaborations in order to develop valuable concepts. Contacts are intensified during the AIRTEC 2016. „Innovative ideas and concepts are nowadays often created within courageous networking communities and not in single enterprises. We introduce some of our network partners at AIRTEC and will present cutting-edge technologies, which have been created by the collaborations with our partner companies. These for example comprise the innovative process mining solution „Celonis“ and a demo for our Dynamic Supply Chain Risk Management solution, which has been generated through the partnership with the company Geocom.“ A strong partnership also exists with the service partner AVIS, with whom MHP will organize a tombola for a weekend with a Porsche 911 at their common booth.

Fauser AG, exhibitor at Euromold, declares customer care with existing customers and the explorations of new customers the main reason to exhibit at Euromold 2016. For these reasons the company will explore these business possibilities at AIRTEC as well as at Euromold and in this way use the opportunities of both fairs running at the same time.

Also Peter Deusch, Sales and Marketing Manager Nichigo Tapes at Nippon Gohsei Europe, sees in the possibilities of both exhibitions positive effects for his company: „The aerospace industry as well as their suppliers offer for Nippon Gohsei Europe and for our new developed products a market growth of the future. For this reason, we see AIRTEC as an important platform for us.“

In addition to the market growth for every company, Armin Bruch, Executive Partner at BJS Ceramics, sees in a successful co-operation also cost-saving advantages for the entire industry: „Co-operations within the complex supply chain of the aerospace industry brings a cost-saving advantage.“ For him AIRTEC is one of the few trade fairs, which cover this topic.

Also for Ralph R. Hufschmied, managing director of Hufschmied Zerspanungssysteme, such kind of collaborations and the combined internationality are his priorities: „We agree to these kind of collaborations, because, due to reinforced networking possibilities and the presentation of our competence profile, increasing opportunities of international aerospace projects are offered.“

Besides customer care, the enlargement of the customers circle plays also a major role for Alphacam, an exhibitor at Euromold 2016. Alphacam sees in the variety of topics a clear unique profile in comparison to other similar fairs. „Due to its broader product and service profile, Euromold is unlike other competing trade fairs, it does not only concentrate on the additive manufacturing industry for example. Therefore Euromold surely attracts a broader circle of visitors.“ This effect is decisively strengthened due to the parallel running AIRTEC exhibition.

AIRTEC and Euromold take place from October 25th until 27th, 2016 at the Exhibition Centre Munich, Germany. Further information under www.airtec.aero (http://www.airtec.aero) and under www.euromold.com (http://www.euromold.com).

About AIRTEC
AIRTEC is the World Aerospace Supply Fair with combined pre-arranged B2B-meetings and a highly qualified and international congress. Since 2006 AIRTEC takes place annually and represents the entire aerospace supply chain from design, engineering, testing and simulation over materials, production, tools, components, systems, electronics, sensors, avionics up to life cycle support, all at one exhibition place. At the international exhibition the international audience receives a varied overview of the aerospace supply industry where innovations, new technologies and trends are represented. Due to the unique exhibition B2B Meeting concept , AIRTEC is more than a traditional trade fair. The core of AIRTEC are the B2B meetings that are pre-arranged via a sophisticated B2B matchmaking platform prior to the event. The meetings take place during the three days of AIRTEC and in this way enhances the intensive exchange with potential business partners from Germany and abroad. The program is accomplished by an international aerospace congress, where experts from industry and research discuss new developments and trends. This combination of an international exhibition, B2B-meetings and an international congress makes AIRTEC one of the world-wide leading meeting-places in the aerospace industry.
