GSG GROUP (formerly ORCO Germany S.A.) announced last Wednesday at its annual general meeting that Oliver Schlink has been appointed to the international board of directors of GSG GROUP as part of its new strategic orientation.
Since the end of 2010, the 43 year old economics engineer has been responsible for the finance and personnel departments of the Berlin subsidiary, Gewerbesiedlungs-Gesellschaft (GSG) – formerly ORCO-GSG – in his capacity as Commercial Director. He worked previously at Deutsche Annington for nearly 10 years, mostly as Head of Controlling, and in 2010 as Managing Director of a subsidiary responsible for a portfolio of 43,000 apartments.
Mr Schlink said: ‚I am very glad that as a new member of the GSG GROUP board of directors, I will be able to guide this European-wide group in its new strategic orientation – implying, among other things, new acquisitions in Germany and beyond.‘
